BuildBlock ICF -- Insulated concrete forms are interlocking, lightweight polystyrene blocks that serves as a form for poured concrete walls. The forms are linked by polypropylene webs to create units. The forms remain in place to provide insulation, a vapor barrier and attachment surfaces for interior and exterior wall finishing. Businesses and homes built this way are more energy efficient, stronger, safer, and quieter.

The block shaped Buildblock form units are laid up in courses, on a standard footing. Reinforcing steel can be snaped into the web fingers. Once the walls are properly aligned, concrete is poured in the forms. The forms then provide insulation, air and vaport barrier, as well as the strapping surface for interior and exteriror finishes. It's that simple.

BuildBlock ICFs can also help your structure qualify for new federal tax credits and deductions. For more information download BuildBlock Home Credit Flyer (Adobe).
